1. Power Hour (One-Time Consult)
A focused, 60-minute session to talk through whatever’s on your mind—training structure, race prep, mindset, gear, fueling, or how to restart after injury or burnout. You’ll walk away with clarity, confidence, and action steps.
Includes a follow-up recap email with key takeaways and suggestions.
2. Training Plan Review + Feedback
Send me your current training schedule (or what you’re trying to create), and I’ll review it for structure, flow, balance, and effectiveness. We’ll then meet briefly to talk through strengths, gaps, and smart adjustments.
3. Monthly Check-Ins
If you want ongoing support without a full coaching plan, this option includes a monthly check-in call (or email exchange), plan feedback, and motivation to help you stay accountable and on track.
